TECHNICAL STAFF AUGMENTATION

Staff AugmentationTechnical Diagnostic Services (TDS) provides field engineers, maintenance personnel, and technicians as supplementary manpower to fill short to long-term positions within our customers’ organizations and to augment their staffs. Typically, we provide these people to fill specialized skills requirements and/or to meet peak demand situations.  Our experience in the nuclear and non-nuclear field has led to the  successful completion of thousands of projects.

TDS has been providing staff augmentation to power plants and heavy industrial facilities since 1980. TDS has provided personnel to fill essentially all skills areas, at these plants, and maintains a proprietary database of over 10,000 current and former employees they can source for specific assignments. These people can be supplied to you on a staff augmentation basis.

We specialize in providing the energy industry with skilled personnel who have power generation and petrochemical experience.

TDS was formed as the result of an asset purchase of AVO Multi-Amp Services Corporation by the management. TDS and our predecessor, AVO Multi-Amp Services Corporation have built a national reputation as a premier startup power testing, diagnostic, maintenance, and training company. This reputation is based on the successful completion of thousands of projects for our utility, industrial and government customers, for over 25 years.
Over this period we have supported over 1000 construction and startup projects, and have trained over 80,000 technicians, field engineers, maintenance and operations personnel.
