TDS evaluation programs cover all aspects of comprehensive assessment of a given Generation or Transmission & Distribution facilities assets and systems including the physical condition of the equipment, regulatory issues, asset optimization, maintenance strategy, optimization and implementation, organization and staffing, and integrated operations, etc. This program can be implemented in whole or in part. This allows tremendous flexibility.

When used in a Due Diligence sense, rapid decisions can be made to proceed or abort based upon objective measurements. When used as the basis for improvement or recovery programs, sections can be applied incrementally as part of the business plan to objectively focus expenditures based on risk reduction and value return.
