Electrical Construction and Testing Services (ECTS)

Electrical Construction and Testing Services (ECTS) is a national association of independently owned companies working together under a licensing agreement, to provide national electrical construction, testing and maintenance services throughout the U.S.

The concept is to establish a national network of electrical construction, testing and field services companies in order to provide national coverage, subject to national standards and quality control, yet able to compete with locals. ECTS will train and certify individual companies and technicians. Once this network is established, we believe that this will be of significant benefit to our customers and that there is a huge market to sell to; industrial companies with multiple facilities. We also foresee that these ECTS licensees will be resellers of TDS* products and services (rentals & sales of test equipment, training, calibration & repair, infrared services, arc flash studies, PPE, etc.)

The objective is that ECTS will provide a higher level of quality, provide national coverage, with standardized services, all at a cost lower than that of large national companies, and be cost competitive with the less qualified, local companies. To establish this organization and help book contracts, a group of initial license partners (IL’s) is being formed.
