COMPANY HISTORY

Incorporated in 1993, Technical Diagnostic Services (TDS) acquired the assets of AVO Multi-Amp Technical Services, formerly MATSCO, which had been providing testing, startup and maintenance support to the utility and industrial markets since 1967. TDS management was formerly employed by MATSCO and has over 40 years of expertise in the electrical industry.
