TDS ADVISORY BOARD

Technical Diagnostic Services (TDS) is pleased to announce the formation of its professional Advisory Board to address issues and opportunities in the energy market and workforce development area.

Members are:

Bob Gary
Former Executive Vice President of TU Electric-Generating Division. He managed the overall activities of the operations of bulk power to operating divisions of the TU Electric System. He was also responsible for the overall management of labor activities Mr. Gary works with several corporations involving technical matters, large projects and corporate strategy.

Billy Hopkins
Deputy Division Leader for Defense Facilities & Nuclear Operations - National Security Technologies. Functions as Manager of Nuclear Services providing oversight and direction for the Manager of Nuclear Safety. Directs the activities within Nuclear Operations, for Nuclear Maintenance, Nuclear Training, records and document control.

Dr. Bill Wenrich, PHD
Chancellor Emeritus - Dallas County Community College. As CEO for the Dallas County Community College District, the chancellor oversees the largest undergraduate institution in the State of Texas; a comprehensive two-year system comprising 11 locations with an annual budget of more than 300 million. Dr. Wenrich is also fluent in Spanish

Dwight Howell
Former executive with Tenaska Inc. - 30 year veteran in the Energy Industry. Experience includes project development, design, construction, start-up, O&M and management of power generation and chemical manufacturing facilities. Significant experience in combustion and steam turbine technology, as well as, combined cycle and cogeneration applications.

Dave Myers
Former chairman and CEO of IAP Worldwide Services, Inc. Former group president Fluor Corporation. President & CEO for independent consulting business supporting companies in the engineering and construction industry with strategic direction including mergers, acquisitions and business strategies.

Jason Wylie
Legal Counsel with Thompson & Knight, Fort Worth, TX; primarily work in Litigation Section and with an Energy focus, total responsibility for several cases defending environmental contamination cases, oil & gas lease disputes, oil & gas contract disputes, pipeline operation matters, construction disputes. Several cases tried to a jury as first chair. Experience in negotiating and drafting contracts.

Jim Earley
Jim Earley heads Project Operations for Washington Group International where he oversees the functional management of Project Managers and Construction for the Washington Division. Mr. Earley has worked in engineering and construction for 37 years managing world scale projects in a variety of industries both domestically and internationally.

These gentlemen bring a wealth of industry knowledge and experience to TDS and with their help TDS will continue to grow as a valuable resource to the energy industry.
